Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026. Version 2026-08-20. Last updated August 20, 2026.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using ChemArche, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. ChemArche is not designed as a service directed to children under 13.
ChemArche service
ChemArche provides chemistry reference, learning, structure-drawing, calculation, and spectroscopy-simulation tools. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it beyond permitted interfaces, submit malicious content, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Scientific use
Predicted and simulated outputs are educational and computational aids, not experimental measurements or validated analytical results. You must independently verify results before laboratory, safety-critical, regulated, clinical, medical, or other consequential use. See the Scientific Disclaimer for details.
Content, availability, and third parties
ChemArche and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data and software remain subject to their respective terms and notices. The service may change, be suspended, or become unavailable; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions and payment processing are not currently offered through ChemArche. If they are introduced, the purchase flow will present the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any refund terms before purchase.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChemArche is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Any liability, governing-law, and dispute-resolution terms for a public commercial launch require appropriate legal review and will be published before they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version and effective date above identify the current terms. Continued use after an effective update may be subject to the updated terms where permitted by law.
